It was true 5 star experience. The entire staff exemplified what more auto service should be like. Very customer oriented, kind and caring about the customers needs. They even accommodated me during my work hours by providing me transportation to and from my home while my car was being serviced. The owner and her office manager were extremely professional. And they were affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Due to a move from NJ to MD, I needed an MD state inspection in order to register the car. A.Anthony was very responsive and fit my car inspection into their busy schedule on short notice. The necessary repairs to pass inspection were more extensive than I had hoped, but everything needed was extremely well-documented and patiently explained. I highly recommend A.Anthony, and I will be bringing the car there again for future maintenance/repairs.

The people here have good customer relations, were courteous and patient. Even though the work took longer than expected they were apologetic and had a reasonable explanation for it.

The owner is Genett she is amazing. I called and told her that I spoke with a Chris or Tony she stated we don't have any employees by that name. I told her that I may have called the wrong shop. However, she was so understanding and honored the price that I was quoted for a diagnostic . I met the staff on yesterday and everyone is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this shop to get any services completed.

Jeanette the owner and the front desk receptionist is an extremely extremely nice lady and very helpful although the shop is VERY VERY SHADY I took my car there for air suspension work and they told me three different stories as I work on cars as well but due to injuries I can’t so I tried to find a trustworthy mechanic. Well the mechanic stated that “my compressor was bad and that it would maybe fix it they weren’t sure because it turned on then turned off they also stated that half of the car raised while part of that was true my compressor works 100 percent all the time but half of the car did raise. The left rear air bag is blown it took them 4 days to tell me maybe what was wrong with it and they said we will start with that for 5,000. I’m crazy if I’m going to gamble with 5k when I already had the part that was needed and told them that’s what needed fixed but I also wasn’t forsure since I didn’t look but you could clearly tell since the back left side would loose air and lean. They charged me almost 400 dollars for a diagnostic it took me 30 mins to replace the part and it immediately fixed the problem that part cost 183 dollars versus 5k. So I would’ve paid 5 thousand dollars for nothing ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION don’t go to big name brand shops they want your money and that’s it

Thomas, thank you for sharing your experience here. I know you were looking for a shop that was equipped to work on air suspension and that was familiar with the Equus. When I did the intake on your vehicle, the vehicle was completely lowered and the air system was not operating. Wiring at the compressor area is damaged--a possible result of the vehicle being operated in a lowered state. Initial diagnosis revealed a compressor overtemperature code along with a blown fuse. The technician replaced the fuse and the compressor began to function. Only the rear suspension inflated. The suspension solenoid tested faulty. With the damaged wiring, the overheating compressor and half of the system inflating properly, the technician advised the compressor and solenoid should be replaced. You were in fact given three options. The first was to replace the entire compressor kit which would come with the solenoid, valves, connectors, mounting, reserve tank--pieces that could be compromised and found after replacing one unit. The second option was to replace just the compressor and solenoid. The third option was to convert to a standard suspension system. While your vehicle was here, the left rear bag did stop inflating. I do sincerely apologize that this was not communicated more clearly and I do take ownership of that. When you came by to discuss your options with me, you mentioned that you wanted to try a part that even the dealer had difficulty identifying for you. While I am glad the $183 part you ordered worked, I know there are remaining air suspension concerns that you or the person purchasing this vehicle will have to contend with. I truly do appreciate your kindness and wish you a speedy recovery. I hope the diagram I left with you helps. If there is anything else my team and I can do for you, please feel free to reach out to me anytime. Thank you again Thomas.
