Laurel Auto Repair

I was at Entourage hair salon in Laurel and I had to havr my car checked and repaired. Thee owner suggested A. Anthonys and it was female owned. I planned on taking my vehichle in on Tuesday. However, I eneded up having it towed on a Monday because it would not go forward. I had a protection coverage the highest level of protection. The CVT went out and protect my car denied coverage despite having valid coverage. I had A. Anthonys do a break down as Protect my Car stated Oursman Nissan in Laurel indicated the CVT was leaking. Protect my car dis anything but protect my car....h A. Anthonys did the breakdown and did not see any leakage from the inside. A. Anthonys along with Protect my car inspector did not see any leakage from the outside when my vehichle was hoisted up. A. Anthons had to break it down and when they did it was not leaking. A. Anthonys called to get a reconsideration because they did not find anybleakage. Protect my car denied coverage and informed A.Anthonys that it was in arbitration and that was not factual. It was a blessing my stylist recommended A. Anthons I did not Mrs. G is a state certified inspector and Protect My Car did not take that into consideration. My car was completed and it drives as if I just brought it A anthony amd team was very accommodating, supportive during this difficult time. The team was empathetic to my ordeal with Protect my car. If anyone else had problems with Protect my car and warranty issues please contact me. I am in the process of lodging a complaint with consumers affairs showing all documentation and the State of Marylands Attorney Genral because Protect My Car should not operate in Maryland on what I would say are deceptive practice based on my recent experiences to consumer. I had a supervisor block my number out amd when I called him out in am appropriate he said that wasnt true. However I called from another number and he answeredd on the 2nd ring. I highly recommend A anthonys for service and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. #banprotectmycar

A Anthony did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the misfiring of our car’s cylinder’s. The staff does an amazing service to provide their customer with the details of the underlining problems and reassuring customer’s that their automobile is in the right hands! I wouldn't take my Buick encore premium to anyone else. They really care about your car . I've never had issue with any of my repairs done here. I've waited for my vehicle , which was nice , as there's coffee , and cold drinks in the refrigerator which generate invites you to raid while you wait. She and her staff are so very courteous. Your satisfaction REALLY MATTERS here. My vehicle is always ready on time . I won't go anywhere else , and if your reading this.....you shouldn't either!!!

One of the best customer service experiences at an auto workshop/dealership in recent years. Owner herself was very knowledgeable, friendly and took time to listen and answer questions. Would definitely go there again, and recommend to friends in the area.
