Ms. Prince, thank you for taking my call today. I can certainly see why aspects of your visits left you feeling this way and I apologize for how you feel. While we do have a lot of great amenities and services, it doesn't mean much if my client is not truly satisfied. I have taken your feedback to heart and will pass it along to the team so everyone is on the same page. I was disappointed when your vehicle did not pass Maryland State Inspection today, and I am sure that did not help. I am surprised by what I found considering it was recently serviced by Jeep as I am sure you were too.
