I took my car here for the MD state inspection and had no problem. The owners are nice and their time estimate was accurate so I wasn't too late for work, even though I had to get my windshield wipers replaced with a part they didn't have in stock - just took someone a few minutes to come by with. Most importantly to me personally, when they offered to do some extra maintenance that I was almost due for, I didn't feel pressured in to it and they didn't try to argue like at other shops I've been to when I told them I had to do it through my dealership. Finally, although I didn't partake in it, they have a pretty well-stocked coffee/drink selection if you're staying at the shop while they work on your car. If I ever need any work done in the future that I'm not required to get at the dealership or isn't covered by the warranty, I'll definitely be back.

Don't go here for vehicle inspections. They look for things to repair that are trivial to get you spend money at their shop. Other shops in Laurel are better. Vote of no confidence.

Needed a repair order taken care and they definitely went above and beyond to help me! It was my first time going there and I was shocked at the service! Jeanette did an amazing job at helping me from the initial phone call to when I left out the door. She explained everything so I could understand and made sure I got everything I needed! I’ve never had such a great experience at a car shop before. I will definitely be going to them for whatever else I need!

I took my car here to have the MD state inspection performed. Most other inspection stations I stopped at that day had 3-4 cars in line in front of me but this shop was able to take me immediately. I was referred to the shop next door but accidentally walked into this place. My inspection was completed and I was given a quote of almost $2,800 to fix the issues PLUS another $450+ to perform routine 120,000 mile service. This included 2 new (cheap) tires as well as a laundry list of other items that failed the inspection. I put two new tires on my car, replaced the tag bulbs on the back of my car, and filled the power steering reservoir to the correct level and took my car to another inspection station. I asked the inspector to go over my car very well because I wanted to know if there were indeed issues. Nothing came back that failed my inspection. Being fairly new to the area, I was looking for a new mechanic in the area and hoped this might be the place. After one visit, I won't return and would advise others to steer clear of this place.

I can't stand a liar... I always suspect car places try to add more stuff that's " wrong" with your car but today I caught them in a lie.... just smiling in my face and lying for no reason. I took my vehicle here for an inspection and I was told my right tag light over my license plate was out which was one of the reasons my vehicle failed the inspection. I didn't have time to get it fixed that day so I left.... I get home later that day to realize she was trying to get over on me cuz I saw both lights working as I was putting groceries in my trunk.... no telling what else they were lying about.... I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody.

Im Deroy Adams and I had got my Mazda6 fix here so I can do uber again. My vehicle drives better. Not done with getting everything fix but the things I have got done works. Would recommend.
