Janette did a wonderful job on my prepurchase inspection, and sent me a detailed link at the end with photos and notes of things needed currently and things I should watch out for in the future. I was able to pay online and coordinate it with the dealer to drop it off so I did not even have to be there making it so easy for me. Very professional and fit me in last minute.

Awesome overflowing subs, done dirt cheap. Had Philly cheese-steak & Italian. Friies& giant onion rings on side. All good. Beer to boot! Can't ask for more.

The service was the most friendly and professional that I have ever experienced! The seating area was clean and service staff were kind and very professional. I had a Safety Inspection performed and the service representative not only fit me into the schedule but also gave me a thorough and comprehensive review of the vehicle findings. I recommend A's to anyone.

Had my tires balanced and rotated here and they tightened the lugnuts down so hard I had to use a 6 foot long breaker bar to get them off. Lucky I had such a tool and lucky I didn't get a flat out on the road as there would have been no way to change the tire.

I am truly sorry to hear about this. Each vehicle has very specific torque specifications and procedures that are supposed to be followed. Each team member is equipped with the proper tools and information. I appreciate your review very much and I would really like to discuss this with you further at your convenience.

They are there to help with whatever

It was great to see you today Buddy. I know we didn't have a bay available when you stopped by and the Front Suspension images I looked up didn't match what the other Auto Shop told you. You are right though, I am here to help with whatever you need--when you are coming back to Laurel, MD let me know and I will get your Chevy on the lift and find out what is making the Clunking Noise for you.
