First I went there for shield pan replacement, first I was quoted $1600 and after I didn’t agree the price was dropped to $1200 and change with with oil leak diagnosis, then the price went down to $1042 I agree and paid $500 for them to order the parts, when the parts came in I went back to have it installed and was told the price went to $1300 something, to make a long story short do not trust this place with your vehicle at all, I overheard them telling the customer that got his vehicle inspected for service about oil leak and they tried to get me with the same oil leak but I didn’t fall for it, just don’t trust them with your vehicle they’re a total rip off
Hi Teal. Thank you for bringing your experience to my attention. I was here the day you pulled up to our back door looking for help with your Audi. You had mentioned that something was rubbing underneath and panel had fallen--you had pushed it back up and were hoping someone could look at it. I invited you to our office so that I could get you taken care of properly. After getting you checked in, I had one of my team members evaluate the underpinnings and shields for you as quickly as possible. He pulled up diagrams of the pieces from Audi and spoke with the Audi parts department to locate the pieces needed. He built the estimate based on the information Audi provided. While he had your vehicle on the lift to evaluate the damage, he let you know you had a fluid leak and gave you an estimate for cleaning the fluid build up and performing a dye test that would identify where the leak was coming from. Our estimates are in writing and are printed, emailed and texted. You declined the fluid leak diagnosis but authorized the underpinnings and shield that had to be special ordered. You left a deposit for the special order parts only. We called you when the parts arrived--as promised. We were flexible with your schedule when you missed your reservation. When you arrived for install, one of the shields was wrong from Audi. Instead of the front-most shield, Audi supplied the rear-most shield. Our team member apologized for the error at Audi. The only other pricing differences I see on your estimate are for recommended maintenance services that are based on time and mileage that are brought to your attention for information purposes. We take great pride in offering transparent services. We have amazing programs in place, like digital vehicle inspections with images, to show our clients exactly what they need so they do not have to take our word for it. Since you mentioned my other client that was here at the same time as you--he received images and a guided walk-through of his vehicle. He saw first-hand everything I personally recommended on his estimate and why it was recommended. Our recommendations are labeled with whether they are time/mileage-based recommendations, maintenance-based recommendations, or repair-based because a component is no longer working properly. The other client has been coming to me for over 2 years and trusts me to evaluate his vehicle, let him know what he needs as part of his service and give him the space to choose what he wants to address. We made recommendations for you, gave you an estimate, and gave you space to choose what you wanted--no more, no less. I am truly sorry that we received the wrong panel from Audi. I wholeheartedly apologize for not meeting your service expectation.
